To make a quality beer, we start from the best local ingredients.

The cereals we use to produce our beers grow directly in our fields that are located near the brewery, in Crespina in Pisa area.

Two years ago we also planted a hop garden where we are cultivating different kind of hops and this year, for the first time, we have used in the production of our seasonal beer, Demetra.

At the moment still we can not produce 100% of grains and hops we need, but our project is growing and we are approaching the target to produce all beers made with our raw material at 0 km!
