We are three friends with a passion for beer and for our land who have decided to work hard to realize a dream.

And in 2012 we succeeded.

Our dream today is our job, and it's called Opificio Birrario and 'an Agricultural Brewery.

What does it mean? Simply that we produce in our fields the majority of the ingredients used to make beer (cereals and hops) strictly traditional, unpasteurized, natural and genuine, like the fruits of the earth.

Before to founding the Opificio we have experienced for years making beer at home and we realized that our homebrewer passion was strong. Of course, we started making beers that appealed to us, but now we try with any our recipe to share a story with you all, through the oldest gesture in the world: raise a glass, toast and a drink ... maybe accompanied with some traditional Tuscan dishes.
